Please be advised that due to a high volume of Vital Record Copy requests, our online order processing times for orders are currently delayed.

Orders are being processed in the order that they are received within 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your electronic verification or notarized application. Once processed, delivery may take up to 7 days for orders sent out via USPS and up to 2 days for orders sent out via FedEx.

For faster service, we highly recommend coming into one of our offices to complete your request in person if possible. Please see below for information regarding both of our offices.
