The Bay Fair BART Station (shown in the map below) is located on the border of the City of San Leandro and the Ashland community in unincorporated Alameda County.
There are three Bay Fair Station Area initiatives underway: the Bay Fair Priority Sites Technical Assistance, creation of the Community Based Transportation Plan, and compliance with the Transit-Oriented Communities Policy.
